What I can do to correct my voicemail to iPhone?

So, my phone is perfect, then I downloaded Update Apple news for him and took him. I restarted my iPhone entirely from scratch, because it does not work. I guess it was a setup – Telephone – Change your voicemail password. also you have been here: http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/phone/ You're probably still under warranty, so if nothing works, giving them an appeal.
