White blank screen on the iPhone?

I had a case of Apple iPhone and fell on my knees on a tile floor today that it was good for a bit, then the screen goes completely white, always on and off, and when I push the dream screen turns black, but the screen is white. I have the AppleCare Protection Plan, but know that does not cover the drops. There is no visible damage, then what do you think will happen if I carry it to the Apple store?
