Iphone insurance issue (lawyors etc.wanted)?

Ok so my iphone broke a while ago and I went to my insurance to fix that I sent a few hours ago a new iPhone with jailbreak decided blackra1n actually working for Abit Fi broke up. However, according to wikipedia its still http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackra1n legal to read please. I do not know what to do because I do not think ill get a new one, but we must do something to help
