I bought this to replace a panel of XM Radio / GPS / stereo system that has stolen my truck F-150. I told my journey was less than an hour and all day, so I couldnot keep the dock for so long. She responded by saying to dock at home for eight hours. AHHHHH. I told him to connect to taking the car. I have this to replace SKYFi3 XM unit. WOW what an improvement! They must have changed the 12VDC plug because I had no problems to put in the hold of my '08 F-350.
