Apps to Help with XCode?

I always wanted to try an application for the iTouch / iPhone So I downloaded Xcode and iPhone SDK. I have absolutely no knowledge of computer programs by writing or anything like that. I was wondering if Can anyone point me in the right way (tutorials, examples, help learning to code, etc) Thanks

Begins to learn Objective-C. Then learn from cocoa. You have a long way to go, and I'm not sure trying to make applications for the iPhone is the best place to start. See links below tutorials for Objective-C.
