If IPAD is not compatible with Flash (Youtube video) applications can be avoided?

I read that IPAD is not compatible with Flash, which makes impossible to see the video on YouTube or Facebook, or play flash games. However, the YouTube application can be downloaded (as in the iPhone) to avoid this problem, and no application Facebook that allows video playback on iPod Touch or iPhone? Here u can try my solution. I usually try to convert flash videos or other video to MP4 or mov or unsupported IPAD My iPhone can play. And I always loved good quality movies in my IPAD.
