Cydia stopped working?

I have an iPhone 3G (3.1.3 jailbreak) and Cydia stopped working today. Ok, so I watched a video on youtube Cydia adding all available sources (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBI_4HUG3_g&feature=related) So I followed instructions and ADED "AllSource" (Or something like this package). Halfway through the download crashed and restarted my iphone. Now when I open Cydia, it hangs a few minutes a couple of seconds. I tried to go back to my iPhone jailbreaking and not worked. Cydia just keeps growing. Anyone know how I can fix this problem?
