IPhone 3G has a blank screen?

My iPhone has a permanent white screen was done all on youtube off and maintenance of all butttons Needed for ten seconds. Still I have a problem with this phone, if someone had the same problem and needed to replace some please let me know. I can not So far this phone because I have 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 I want to block a customer with T-navel.
