Verizon phones like the iPhone?

My 2 year contract ends soon, and I'm looking for a phone that is similar to the iPhone. I am willing to wait for the holiday seasons, when the new phones, but I have curious to know if there were leaks on phones soon. I am not interested in the Dare Voyager, or the storm … Anyone know of any thing which can really compete with the iPhone?

I have an iPhone and love it. However, I go to Verizon soon if I tried this place, too (that's how I met your question.) I have not found anything really substantial. Apparently, the contract Apple AT & T is the year next and can result in an iPhone to other carriers. One interesting thing I found is an article on Microsoft and Verizon layout iPhone rival next year too. It likely to involve the Zune, MP3 player built for Microsoft to compete with the iPod (I have one and personally I like the iPod). So it's something to keep into account.
