iPhone 4.0 Rumor

I heard that Apple released the iPhone 4.0 with new features. I tried to see the Apple news blogs, but found nothing. Thus, the thought that you may know about it and provide information (not rumors). If anyone out there know the characteristics of iPhone 4.0 Please describe in your answers.
