IPhone Help!?

Good .. So I live in Australia. And I have an unlocked iPhone in Hong Kong a few months ago. It came with a card AT & T SIM that obviously did not work for me, but the phone accepted my Optus prepaid SIM and everything worked well. Today I downloaded the 2.0 firmware and comes with what I needed to insert a valid SIM card to continue. He did not accept my Optus sim card over and when I put the AT & T card, do not even know the phone number for registration. So basically, my iPhone is locked again. So my question is: I can re-enable it again myself? Or is there a how to uninstall and reinstall 1.1.4? Thanks!
