IPhone Is my leg permanently?

In the blue of my iPhone 3G has decided to ruin and now believes that the iPhone headphones are always connected and still not online. But when I listen to music, it works (I can put the iPhone in mind and phones that play music), but when I disconnect the phone mind, the iPhone is not that they are disconnected registry. Is my iPhone finally ruined or can be fixed? Wantto not always be restored because on my computer to restore a backup, but if they do, so I guess so.

Restoration is the only viable solution I can give, although this is not what you want.
