Is it possible to synchronize your Outlook 2007 calendar and contacts to my Yahoo home page?

I am running Outlook in Vista Ultimate De 32 bits. Also use iTunes to sync iPhone with Outlook calendar and contacts. I read all the others must be synchronized with disabilities for synchronization from Yahoo? I have read the duplicates and the data is lost regularly?
