How I can put my CD on my iPhone?

I recently got an iPhone, mostly because I had a good deal when my contract had finished. I've never had an iPod or MP3 player or something. I have many CDs, but I have no idea how to download music from a CD on my iPhone. I downloaded iTunes and I have Windows Vista on my computer. Could someone guide me through it?

Then connect the iPhone to your computer and it should sync. Then all the songs on the CD will be on the iPhone.
