Custom sync my iPod touch! someone please help!?

Each time I connect my iPod to my computer to sync: "This iPod can not be used because the Apple Moble Device Service is not started. "I went to the troubleshooting guide sincing on the Apple site and it was useless. Can anyone help please?!?! I installed the new version of iTunes after the problem started and still does not work

Once you connect the iPod screen mounted iTunes. In the main screen, there is a button or tab "Sync iPod" Click on this button, or explore the tab and see if it does the job. If not, download manually music from your library. This is what I do. Hope this helps!
